Mourners paid tribute to former first lady Rosalynn Carter at a service on Tuesday in Georgia after her death on Nov. 19 at the age of 96. Her husband, former President Jimmy Carter, was in attendance, along with President Biden, first lady Jill Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, former President Bill Clinton and all of the living former first ladies.
